Account Locked
If you enter the wrong 2FA code too many times, your account will be locked as a security measure. You will not be able to log in until the lock is lifted.
Why does this happen?
Your account locks automatically after repeated failed verification attempts. This is designed to protect your account from unauthorised access.
What to do
You cannot unlock your own account. You will need to contact the Traknova support team, who can unlock it for you.
To get help:
- Use the contact details on the Traknova website.
- Or ask a colleague who still has access to your account to raise a request via the in-app chat.
Once the support team has unlocked your account, you will be able to log in again as normal.
Common problems
I am locked out and cannot reach support.
If your whole team is locked out, use the contact details on the Traknova website to reach us directly.
I keep getting locked out after being unlocked.
This usually points to a problem with your 2FA method. For example, if you use an authenticator app, your phone's time settings may be incorrect. Once you are back in, review your Two-Factor Authentication settings.
