Editing Customer Details

You can update a customer's name, phone number, or email address at any time from their profile.

Step-by-step

1. Go to the Customers section in the main menu.
2. Use the search bar to find the customer by name, email, or phone number.
3. Click on their name to open their profile.
4. Select the option to edit their details.
5. Make your changes.
6. Click Save Changes.

Common problems

I cannot find the customer.
Use the search bar at the top of the Customers page. You can search by name, email address, or phone number.

The form will not save.
Make sure the First Name and Last Name fields are not empty. These are required for all customer records.

I need to add a new customer rather than edit an existing one.
